YONKERS — The Yonkers Police Department is searching for Raul Ruiz, an 82-year-old man with dementia who was reported missing.
According to police, Ruiz is 5 feet tall and walks with a cane.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a green shirt, black pants, and brown shoes.
The department’s Missing Persons Unit is leading the investigation.
