ANSONIA — The Ansonia Police Department is looking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old runaway Leah Ortiz, who was last seen in the area of Arch Street at about 3:30 a.m.
Ortiz is a white Hispanic female, 5 foot 3 inches tall, 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing jeans with a grey backpack.
