COLCHESTER — Police arrested a New Jersey man July 6 on charges of aggravated unlicensed operator and operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended.
Davieon Flowers of Roselle, N.J., was pulled over after an officer on patrol observed his vehicle displaying an expired New York inspection sticker.
During the traffic stop, the officer learned that Flowers’ vehicle registration was suspended for having no insurance in effect.
The officer also discovered that Flowers’ New York driving privileges were suspended.
Flowers was charged with the unclassified misdemeanors of aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree and operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended.
He was additionally issued traffic summons for unregistered motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle.
Flowers was released and scheduled to appear in Town of Colchester Court at a later date.
