BENTON — A 42-year-old Benton man was arrested Thursday evening on a probation violation warrant, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Josh J. Maflyn was taken into custody at 7:35 p.m. July 24 on a violation of probation/conditional discharge warrant issued by Yates County Court.
Deputies transported Maflyn to the Yates County Jail, where he will be held until the next session of Yates County Court.
Deputy Lane and Sergeant Cole responded to the scene.
