FAIRLEE — A 20-year-old Ryegate man was charged with unlawful trespass and disorderly conduct Saturday night after allegedly refusing to leave a residence and disturbing the public.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were notified of a suspicious disturbance on U.S. Route 5 North at approximately 10:25 p.m. July 19.
Investigation determined that Connor Bogie was asked to leave a residence but did not comply while subsequently disturbing the public, according to police.
Bogie was taken into protective custody on charges of unlawful trespass and disorderly conduct.
He was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division and released.
