Concord motorcyclist injured in crash with postal truck

CONCORD — The Concord Police Department and Concord Fire Department responded to the area of S. State St. and Concord St. on July 23 at approximately 3:20 p.m. to investigate a traffic accident.

The vehicles involved in the accident were a red motorcycle and U.S. Postal Service truck.

The operator of the motorcycle was transported to Concord Hospital for treatment to serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

This case is an active and on-going investigation.
