Boston police search for missing 38-year-old woman last seen at gas station

BOSTON — Boston police are searching for a missing 38-year-old woman last seen July 9 at a Mattapan gas station.

Carmen Tejada of Hyde Park was last seen at the Puma Gas Station at 841 Morton Street, according to a Boston Police Department missing person alert.

Tejada is described as a Hispanic woman, about 5 feet 1 inch tall with a medium build, brown eyes and black hair worn in a ponytail.

She was last seen wearing a red shirt that said “projecting greatness” and black pajamas with pink, yellow and green colors.

Tejada has tattoos of stars and birds on her arm and a tattoo of the word “Gallito” on her ankle.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact 911 or District B-3 Detectives at 617-343-4712.
