FAIR HAVEN — Fair Haven Police arrested Ashley J. Brown on July 12 after learning she was wanted on an arrest warrant.
Police located Brown, 35, of Fair Haven on Capital Hill at 5:15 p.m.
Brown was arrested on a warrant issued by Judge Cortland Corsones of the Rutland District Court after she failed to appear in court on July 10 for prior charges of retail theft.
Brown was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Center.
