WALTON — A Deposit man was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly giving cannabis to a person under 21, Delaware County Sheriff Craig S. DuMond announced Wednesday.
Laurice Clinton, 38, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of criminal sale of cannabis in the third degree.
Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched March 13 to investigate a complaint of child endangerment in the Town of Walton.
The investigation revealed that Clinton allegedly provided cannabis to someone under the legal age of 21.
Clinton was released on an appearance ticket and directed to appear in Town of Walton Court at a later date.
