WATERBURY — Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to a report of a disorderly person at an apartment complex located at 36 State Drive on July 22 at approximately 6:40 a.m.
Investigation revealed Estelle Wickwire, 56, of Waterbury, acted in an obscene, threatening, and unreasonable manner while in a public setting.
The victim was identified as Ronald Lackey, 67, of Waterbury.
Wickwire was issued a citation to appear at the Washington County Criminal Court on July 23 at 12:30 p.m.
