ROCKINGHAM — Vermont State Police were notified of a car that crashed into the median on Interstate 91 North at approximately 3:46 p.m. Friday.
The driver was identified as Scott Nickerson, 44, of Richmond.
A subsequent investigation revealed Nickerson was operating his motor vehicle while impaired.
Nickerson was cited for DUI and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Sept. 23 at 8:30 a.m.
