GEORGIA — A 24-year-old Enosburg man was cited Monday for fraudulent use of a debit card on Industrial Park Road.
Troopers received a report of fraudulent use of a debit card at 4:40 p.m. July 7.
Investigation revealed that Noah Fortin had taken and used a debit card belonging to Elizabeth Bolin, 31, of Sheldon.
Fortin was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Court.
