UTICA — A 63-year-old Ilion man was arrested Sunday evening after allegedly threatening another person with a knife during an argument about loose dogs.
Utica police responded to Weaver Street at approximately 5:20 p.m. July 20 for a menacing investigation.
Officers learned that an argument had occurred between two parties over dogs running loose.
During the argument, one person began threatening the other and brandished a knife, placing the victim in fear, according to police.
Officers located the suspect and took him into custody without incident.
Charles Kulick was transported to the Utica Police Department and charged with menacing in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
