UTICA — Police units were dispatched to the 2100 block of Sunset Ave on July 16 regarding a domestic related incident.
Upon arrival, officers learned that during the course of an argument a female threw a brick through the front windshield of a vehicle and punched the victim in the face.
A BOLO was sent for the female, and the New Hartford Police Department located her a short time later.
After detaining her, custody was turned over to the Utica Police Department.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Robin Sullivan, 37, of New York Mills was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and harassment in the second degree.
