FAIR HAVEN — Fair Haven police arrested a 32-year-old Rutland woman on domestic assault charges following a reported domestic dispute on Main Street.
Leanne L. Webster was taken into custody July 18 after police responded to the incident at 12:50 p.m.
Through investigation, police learned Webster allegedly got into a physical altercation with another person.
Webster admitted to her involvement in the incident during an interview with officers.
She was issued a citation to appear in Rutland District Court on July 21 to answer to the domestic assault charge.
Webster was released on conditions pending her arraignment.
