CLARKSTOWN — The Clarkstown Police Department is searching for a 59-year-old man who was reported missing from his residence on July 13.
Keith Moran walks with a limp and has multiple tattoos including a small red cross on his right cheek.
Police believe Moran may be in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
