WORCESTER — Worcester Police Gang Unit officers executed a search warrant at a Chilmark Street apartment on July 16 at about 5:35 p.m.
Officers observed the target of the warrant, 24-year-old Onix Aviles, exit the apartment and get into a white SUV.
Officers detained Aviles and entered the apartment.
In the apartment, officers located over 1,000 grams of what appeared to be crack cocaine and powder cocaine, along with various packaging materials.
Aviles was placed under arrest and is charged with trafficking in a Class B substance over 200 grams.
