PROVIDENCE — Members of the Financial Crimes Unit and the Lincoln Barracks arrested Thomas O’Reilly, age 28, of Providence, Rhode Island, on July 15.
O’Reilly was charged with conspiracy – obtaining property by false pretenses and conspiracy – exploitation of an elder.
He was transported to State Police Headquarters and processed.
O’Reilly was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace where bail was set at $200,000 with surety.
He was turned over to officials at the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center pending a morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.
In a separate case, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Rudy Sepulveda, age 28, last known address of 261 Pulaski Street, Coventry, Rhode Island, with possession of controlled substance less than 10 grams on July 14.
Sepulveda was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court violator.
He was granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.
