HAMPDEN — Police are asking for the public’s help regarding an incident that occurred Monday night between approximately 9:45 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. in the area of 340 Old County Road.
Authorities are specifically looking for information about an individual who may have been walking in the area wearing a brightly colored shirt during that time.
