STILLWATER — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 21-year-old Mechanicville woman on DWI charges Tuesday following a driving complaint.
Rose M. Garcia was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and unlicensed operator following the incident on County Route 76.
The Sheriff’s Office received the driving complaint at 12:36 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Stillwater.
Garcia is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and at a time when her blood alcohol content was 0.08%.
She is also charged with operating a motor vehicle on a public highway without being properly licensed.
Garcia was released on appearance tickets pending further proceedings in Stillwater Town Court.
The DWI and blood alcohol charges are unclassified misdemeanors, while the unlicensed operator charge is an infraction.
