SOUTH WINDSOR — A 58-year-old South Windsor man was arrested on a driving under the influence charge following a motor vehicle accident Monday night.
Kyle J. Dougan was taken into custody at 10:29 p.m. after the crash at the intersection of Avery Street and Beelzebub Road, according to South Windsor Police Department.
During the investigation, police believed Dougan was under the influence of alcohol.
Dougan consented to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed.
He was processed and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
Dougan is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on July 25 at 9 a.m.
