ELMIRA — A 37-year-old Vestal man was arrested July 14 following a vehicle pursuit on Interstate 86.
Matthew D. Struble was charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer in the 3rd degree, obstructing governmental administration in the 2nd degree, resisting arrest, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
All charges are Class A misdemeanors.
The pursuit occurred in the Town of Elmira, according to Sheriff William A. Schrom.
Struble was issued appearance tickets to appear in Elmira Town Court at a later date.
