BRIGHTON — A 55-year-old Brighton man was cited Sunday in connection with the theft of a 2010 Kia Forte from Curran Avenue.
Harry Norway was issued a citation to appear in court on a charge of aggravated operation without owner’s consent.
The vehicle was reported stolen from the residence of Christopher Marsh, 48, of Brighton.
Police located the grey Kia Forte bearing Vermont registration KTZ763 in Springfield.
Further investigation revealed Norway was in possession of the vehicle and had taken it from Marsh’s residence, according to Vermont State Police.
The incident was investigated by Trooper Logan Miller of the Vermont State Police Derby Barracks.
