Hinesburg man arrested for violating abuse prevention order in Starksboro

STARKSBORO — A 31-year-old Hinesburg man was arrested July 13 for allegedly violating an abuse prevention order on two separate occasions in Starksboro.

Michael Fuller was charged with two counts of violation of an abuse prevention order after Vermont State Police received a report at approximately 11:28 a.m. July 10.

Investigation revealed Fuller violated the order on July 8 and July 9 by contacting the victim and making threatening statements, according to police.

Fuller was located at his Hinesburg residence on July 13, where he was arrested and transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing.

Following processing, Fuller was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Facility on $1,500 bail.
