CHELSEA — Vermont State Police troopers responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence Friday at 6:31 p.m.
Through investigation, police determined that Dean O. Johnson, 48, of Plymouth, N.H., threatened and assaulted a household family member and caused damage to property.
Johnson was arrested on charges of domestic assault, criminal threatening and unlawful mischief.
He was released with conditions to appear at Vermont Superior Court Orange Criminal Division.
