BOSTON — Four suspects were arrested for trespassing and a loaded firearm was recovered from a motor vehicle Friday evening in Mattapan, according to the Boston Police Department.
Officers assigned to District B-3 responded to the area of 100 Hebron Street at about 7:44 p.m. for reports of an erratic motor vehicle.
Upon arrival, officers observed the suspected vehicle parked and idling in a faculty parking lot with four occupants inside.
Officers observed multiple “No Trespassing” signs affixed to the building.
As officers approached the vehicle, they observed one of the rear passengers reaching towards the trunk compartment.
The operator was unable to provide a valid driver’s license when requested by officers.
Officers also determined that the vehicle did not have a valid registration.
All occupants were ordered to exit the vehicle as it would be towed from the scene.
A motor vehicle inventory search was conducted and a firearm was recovered from inside the car.
The firearm was determined to be a Smith and Wesson M&P Shield with twelve rounds in a magazine capable of holding fifteen total rounds.
All four suspects were placed under arrest and are expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
Jaden Falesbroke, 22, of Dorchester, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without an FID card, possession of a large capacity feeding device, carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds and trespassing.
Malik Lewis, 22, of Dorchester, was charged with trespassing.
Nachele Jones, 18, of Roslindale, was charged with trespassing.
A 17-year-old juvenile female was charged with trespassing and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
