BRADFORD — Vermont State Police cited a 66-year-old New Hampshire woman for retail theft at a Bradford grocery store Friday morning.
Elaine Ferguson of Woodsville, New Hampshire, was caught stealing merchandise from Hannaford at 586 Lower Plain at 10:58 a.m. July 11, according to police.
A loss prevention officer at the store detained Ferguson after witnessing the theft, police said.
Ferguson was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Criminal Court on the retail theft charge.
