WATERFORD — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects in separate shoplifting cases at local retailers.
In the first case, a male suspect left Best Buy with a computer valued at $1,479.99 without paying, according to the Waterford Police Department.
When confronted by store staff, the suspect continued walking and drove away in a red Chevrolet Silverado truck with “Rotha Contracting” written on the side.
Police said the vehicle was stolen.

In a separate case at Ulta, a female suspect left the store with $158 worth of unpaid merchandise several weeks ago.
The suspect drove away in a BMW that police said is local to the area.
Police said they can see the license plate and are speaking with the vehicle’s owner, but have not yet identified the suspect.
