PROVIDENCE — Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Felix Ramos, 30, of 90 Fillmore Street, Apartment C, on July 9 on charges including breaking and entering, domestic simple assault and vandalism.
Ramos was taken into custody without incident on an affidavit and arrest warrant from the Providence Police Department.
The charges also include simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
Ramos was turned over to the Providence Police Department.
On July 10, task force members arrested Francisco Herpin, 20, of 72 Mineral Spring Avenue, Pawtucket, on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for escape from custody.
Herpin was charged with violating home confinement bail conditions on original charges of manufacturing and delivering controlled substances, carrying a pistol without a license, assault with a dangerous weapon and firearm possession.
He was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Service Center.
Also on July 10, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Alexander McLaughlin, 23, of 219 Mulberry Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, with possession of a controlled substance less than 10 grams.
McLaughlin was arraigned in Third Division District Court as a Superior Court violator and granted $10,000 surety bail before being remanded to the ACI.
Multiple law enforcement units arrested Jeremy Peguero, 37, of 44 Alice Street, East Providence, on July 10 on charges of first-degree child molestation and two counts of second-degree child molestation.
The arrest involved members of the Special Victims Unit, Major Crimes Unit, Tactical Team and Lincoln Barracks.
Peguero was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions pending a Third District Court arraignment.
