ALBION — A 21-year-old man with disabilities has been reported missing after a neighbor saw him running from his residence early Friday morning.
Marvin Russ Jr. was reported missing from 25 Lydun Drive on July 11, according to the Village of Albion Police Department.
A neighbor observed Russ leaving his residence around 6 a.m. and running down the road toward Brown Road.
Russ was last seen wearing a blue shirt and dark blue pants with “23” written on them in red.
He is described as about 5 feet 5 inches tall and 140 pounds.
Police said Russ is deaf, disabled and developmentally delayed.
