DELHI — A 35-year-old Delhi woman was arrested July 1 following a cross-complaint related to a December physical altercation and property dispute.
Melissa D. Bain was charged with robbery in the third degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and assault in the third degree, according to the Delhi Police Department.
Police conducted a follow-up investigation and reviewed additional statements and evidence before submitting an application to Delhi Town Court.
The court issued a criminal summons for Bain’s arrest.
A temporary order of protection was also issued against Bain.
Bain was processed and served July 1.
She is scheduled to appear in Delhi Town Court on July 22 at 9 a.m.
