OLEAN — A 27-year-old Olean woman was arrested on methamphetamine possession charges following a traffic stop by city police.
Katelyn Shall of 303 N. 19th St. was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, according to the Olean Police Department.
Shall was issued an appearance ticket for Olean City Court.
