Lancaster woman charged with burglary, assault after breaking into residence

LANCASTER — Police arrested a woman July 6 after she allegedly broke into a residence and assaulted a female occupant.

Officers responded to a burglary call and found that Hailee Collins had walked into the residence and assaulted one of the females inside, according to the Lancaster Police Department.

Collins was no longer at the residence when officers arrived.

Police executed a warrant for Collins’ arrest.

She was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and minor in possession.
