LANCASTER — Police arrested a man July 7 after officers witnessed a domestic dispute in a moving vehicle.
Officers conducted a traffic stop and spoke with the victim, according to the Lancaster Police Department.
Police determined that Frank Garofalo had assaulted the victim.
Garofalo was taken into custody and released with a court date in Lancaster District Court.
