WEST HAVEN — Vermont State Police responded to a mental health complaint on Book Road at 7:37 p.m. July 8.
Through investigation, troopers determined that Spencer Beckwith, 48, destroyed property belonging to Bruce Book, 58, of West Haven.
Beckwith was trespassed from the property and issued a criminal citation for unlawful mischief.
He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court — Criminal Division.
