LOUISVILLE — Members of the New York State Police arrested Carrie L. Burnor, age 39, of Madrid, New York, on four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree on July 7.
At approximately 10:13 a.m. on the same day, the New York State Police were notified by a New York State Probation Officer regarding a parolee check at a residence on State Route 37 in the town of Louisville.
During the check on the parolee, Burnor, the officer discovered metal knuckles, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia.
Troopers arrived at the scene and observed the evidence collected by the Probation Officer.
Burnor was arrested and transported to State Police Massena for processing.
She was arraigned in the Town of Louisville Court and subsequently remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail.
New York State Police were assisted by the New York State Probation Department.
