Corinth man arrested on stolen property charges

CORINTH — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 39-year-old Corinth man Tuesday on an arrest warrant issued by the Corinth Town Court.

Michael J. Dillard was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, a class D felony.

Dillard is accused of knowingly possessing a Polaris UTV that had been reported stolen from a construction site in Corinth.

The UTV reportedly had a value that exceeded $3,000.

He was arraigned before the Honorable Michael T. Woodcock in the Corinth Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
