LATHAM — State police arrested a 59-year-old Spraker man June 23 on multiple sexual assault charges.
Donald Mount faces two counts of forcible touching, sexual misconduct and aggravated harassment.
Troopers received a complaint of unwanted sexual contact June 13.
The investigation determined that from winter 2021 until June, Mount allegedly forcibly touched multiple victims on multiple occasions without their consent in a sexual manner while in Guilderland.
Mount also allegedly made unwanted calls and texts to victims.
Mount was processed at State Police Princetown.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Guilderland Town Court on July 10 and released.
