OXFORD — New York State Police conducted an underage drinking detail July 3 in Chenango and Otsego counties.
All businesses except one were in compliance.

A 73-year-old employee was issued an appearance ticket for a violation under the New York State ABC Law of prohibited sale of alcohol to a person under 21.
