SWANTON — Vermont State Police cited a 22-year-old Jericho man for petit larceny after he allegedly stole an item from a boat at Larry Green Access on June 26.
Police received a report of theft at approximately 3:59 p.m. at the boat access in Swanton.
The victim was identified as Zebulon Dubois, 30, of Swanton.
Investigation revealed that Ethan McMahon had stolen an item from Dubois’ boat, police said.
McMahon was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on Sept. 8 at 8:30 a.m. to answer the charge.
