ELMIRA — The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 30-year-old Elmira man Monday as a fugitive from justice on a Pennsylvania warrant.
Kyle D. Lowry was arrested on a warrant from Bradford County, Pennsylvania, for criminal use of communication facility, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
The Criminal Investigations Division received the warrant Monday requesting that Lowry be held as he was being released from the Chemung County Jail.
Lowry was arrested and processed as a fugitive from justice.
He was arraigned by the Town of Southport Court and remanded back to the Chemung County Jail awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
