Auburn woman arrested on felony charges in Syracuse

AUBURN — Members of the Auburn Police Department with assistance from Syracuse Police arrested Rebecca Stevens June 23 on warrants from Auburn City Court and Cayuga County Court.

Stevens was picked up by Syracuse Police and turned over to Auburn Police officers.

Rebecca M. Stevens was charged with possession of a forged instrument in the first degree, a class C felony from Auburn City Court.

She was also charged with assault in the second degree, a class D felony from Cayuga County Court.

Stevens was transported to Auburn Police Department where she was processed on the charges and held pending arraignment.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred Nov. 27, 2020, at 126 West Calthrop Ave. in Syracuse.
