Richmond traffic stop leads to DUI warrant arrest

RICHMOND — Troopers arrested Michael Mascaro, age 47, of 908 Magnolia Lane, Branchburg, New Jersey, on Saturday at 9:02 a.m. on a Fourth District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for pre-trial conference.

The original charge was driving under the influence-first offense originating from the Hopkinton Police Department.

The arrest resulted from a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Richmond.

Mascaro was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.

In a separate incident Saturday at 9:46 a.m., troopers arrested Lee Bromley, age 60, of 415 Hog House Hill Road, Exeter, on a Kent County Superior Court bench warrant.

The warrant was for failure to appear for trial on the original charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license originating from the State Police Hope Valley Barracks.

The arrest resulted from a warrant check at 415 Hog House Hill Road in Exeter.

Bromley was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution-Men’s Intake.
