WATERTOWN — A 20-year-old Oakville man died Thursday afternoon following a crash between a motorcycle and a pickup truck pulling a trailer on Litchfield Road.
Hunter Loomis was pronounced dead at a hospital after sustaining serious injuries in the 3 p.m. crash on Route 63 near 751 Litchfield Road, according to Watertown police.
The pickup truck operator, Elvis Methoxha, 33, of Waterbury, was not injured in the crash.
The cause of the incident is under investigation by Watertown Police and the Naugatuck Valley Regional Accident Investigation Team.
