SUTTON — A 20-year-old Sutton man was arrested Thursday afternoon for violating his court-ordered conditions of release.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks received a call at 3:31 p.m. July 3 about Jordan Markham being aggressive towards individuals at 714 US Route 5 in Sutton.
Investigation revealed that Markham had violated his court-ordered conditions of release.
Markham was arrested and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks where he was processed.
Judge Badgewick imposed bail and conditions on Markham.
He was lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility for lack of $1,000 bail.
