BATH — Two Bath men were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop July 2.
An officer with the Village of Bath Police Department conducted the traffic stop on West Morris Street at approximately 10:30 p.m. for a violation of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law.
During the course of the investigation, the occupants were found to be in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine.
Nathaniel Pittman, age 65, of Bath, and Harry M. Green, age 61, of Bath, were arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Pittman and Green were processed and released on an appearance ticket.
Both are due in Bath Village Court at a later date.
