PENN YAN — A 35-year-old Penn Yan man was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with criminal mischief.
Jordan J. Daggett was taken into custody at 12:36 p.m. at the county office building by Yates County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred June 29.
Daggett was transported to Yates County Court to await CAP court proceedings.
Deputies P. Skelly and Morehouse were on scene for the arrest.
