RUTLAND TOWN — Vermont State Police responded to a reported dispute in the parking lot of Diamond Run Mall at 11:15 p.m. on June 30.
Katelyn Cormia, 20, of Rutland, was arrested for aggravated assault following an investigation.
The victim, Zachary Gilmore, 18, was involved in the altercation.
Cormia was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
She was held without bail at Marble Valley Correctional Facility.
Cormia is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court Rutland Criminal Division at 12:30 p.m. on July 1.
