SPRINGFIELD — On June 21 at 8:45 a.m., Officer Freeman responded to the Springfield Penguin Mart for a reported retail theft.
Surveillance footage reviewed by Officer Freeman allegedly showed Stephanie DAngelo, 35, of Springfield, concealing alcoholic beverages in a bag before leaving without paying.
DAngelo was later located by Officer Woodell and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit, on Aug. 12 at 8:30 a.m. to face a retail theft charge.
