ROCHESTER — A 53-year-old man was cited for reckless endangerment after police say he fired gunshots at his residence with another person inside.
Mitchell Leclair was charged with reckless endangerment and being a person prohibited from possessing a firearm following the July 2 incident on Cannon Drive.
Police received a delayed report of gunshots being fired into a residence at approximately 5:12 a.m.
Investigation revealed Leclair was shooting a firearm at his residence with another individual inside.
No one was injured in the incident.
Police discovered Leclair is prohibited from possessing firearms.
Leclair was released with a citation to appear in Windsor Superior Court Criminal Division on June 3 at 12:30 p.m.
